When you live in the mountains there will be a couple of accidents from time to time. We have been here about 5 times in the last 12 years and it's still an amazing shop. The people are all extremely friendly and professional. Never had a bad experience from first phone call to me driving my vehicle away after repairs completed. I tell everyone about how great a job they do because it's true. They can be busy, but in my opinion, it's worth the wait and definitely worth the results.
We brought our ‘22 Passport in to have the “kick” piece installed for the tailgate, and the recall on the auto engine shutoff. When we arrived for our scheduled appointment, they said it would take approximately 2 hours. They offered to shuttle us to a casino, or store, which we declined. We were prepared to wait — no problem. 45 minutes later, our car was done! Wow! Great, prompt service. We were very satisfied!

The battery in my 2010 Honda Fit died, and when I jumped it, my audio console gave me a code error that required a pin number to reset. Even though I bought my Honda used in Pennsylvania, I called Bill Pearce, and within 10 minutes they had looked up my car, given me the code, and now I am back to listening to music!

While I always dread coming into these places I was quite surprised today. I was met by Irina who is as wonderful and pleasing as they come. No pressure, wonderful to talk to and made me feel very relaxed. The sales process was seamless, finance was low key and Moises was great to chat with also. Overall no complaints. Only advice is to watch the add ons such as gap and warranty. I wanted them but gap was added prior to my approval. 2 1/2 hours in and out is close to a record! Thanks guys!
